ROSWELL - As if the tone for Tuesday's region match at Roswell wasn't understood after their 25-13 first-set win, Red Elephant volleyball rallied from a 12-point deficit in the second to set up a straight-set, best-of-five win (25-13, 26-24, 25-19).

With their victory over the Hornets, Big Red moves to 10-3 on the year.

Kyndall Butler had 13 kills for Gainesville while Taylor Reid added 10. Harper Orr assisted on 31 points and Prentice McGarvey led the team in digs with 11.

Volleyball returns to action against St. Pius at 8 a.m. Saturday in the Rally Point Showcase at Lake Point Sports. Big Red will play at 8 a.m., 11 a.m., and 1 p.m.
