GAINESVILLE - Twenty Gainesville High School student athletes will sign to play at the next level this week, wrapping up a year in which an unprecedented 34 Red Elephants committed to be college athletes.
Wednesday, May 13 and Thursday, May 14, athletes from lacrosse, wrestling, football, baseball, basketball, track and field, cross country, and soccer will be part of two signing-day events. Both ceremonies will begin at 8:00 a.m. and be held in the Media Room of the Student Activities Center on the campus of GHS.
